- Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched during sale and holiday periods. We apologise for the inconvenience!
- For Australian customers, if you have not received your items within 5 business days of making your order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
- In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
- For all other international customers, if you have not received your order after 15 working days, please contact us with your order number.
- If your order number states "Still Pending" on the Australia Post website, it is still possibly making its way through their system. All orders before 11am and the day prior are posted out that day. Once posted, it is out of our hands through the couriers logistics. We can definitely chase up any missing orders or any enquiries you have though. We are more than happy to do this for you.
- Once your order is packed and leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email and text msg with your tracking number and tracking details.
- If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be left a calling card.
- With this calling card it is your duty to contact the courier to organise a re-delivery.
- For Australian customers, your parcel will be redirected to your local post office and you can collect your package from your local post office with your Photo ID and tracking number.
- PLEASE READ: Your item will be held at your local post office for 10 days before being sent back to us if it is not picked up. Upon this, you will be required to pay an additional charge to cover the re-postage. If you do not claim your parcel within 3 weeks of the sale, legally we are required to put the items back up for re-sell. So PLEASE FOLLOW UP AND COLLECT YOUR PARCEL.
- You can return any full price item within 28 days of purchase for an e-Gift Card
- All returns will automatically be issued an e-Gift Card that will allow you to purchase a different item or the same item in a different size
- We don't offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing
- Customers who received product(s) with a manufacturing fault or incorrectly are entitled to a full refund
- Please take due care when trying on any product(s)
CONDITION OF RETURN
All product(s) must be returned:
- unworn and unwashed
- with all original tags still attached
- not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing powder
- Once order is placed, we do not offer a change of product.
- If you have chosen the wrong size, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and details
- We will continue to explain the steps from there in order to get you out the correct size.
